IT Administrator


Job Description  

As an IT Administrator you will be responsible for the continuity, functionality and stability of the SRH Systems' applications which also includes 1st line support of the applications and hardware in use. The IT Administrator:

Develops, implements and manages systems, software and networks, including the determination of complex system requirements and specifications, processes and parameters

Ensures efficient, stable and safe functioning of the systems, software and networks

Is the first point of contact with regard to (daily) functional maintenance to the company’s systems, software and networks

Collects and translates organization demands into IT solutions

Pro-actively delivers input to implementation projects and to the development of new products

Manages the relations with suppliers

Job requirements

Bachelor degree in IT

Extensive knowledge of and experience with: MS Windows Exchange, MS Windows 2008 Server, network technology, network systems, security systems, VOIP and internet protocols

Experience with Danaos InfoGate and SoftOne Panorama will be considered as an advantage

Excellent communication skills and business language skills in English

Soft skills: Striving for solutions, flexible, creative, ambitious and with a strong analytical mind

3-5 years of working experience in a similar position
